Genealogy Browser is compatible with the following web browsers:

Because Genealogy Browser relies on some of the functions packed with Internet Explorer, all OneGreatFamily members must have Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) installed on their computer.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2, you can run Genealogy Browser, but may experience the error 12002 while performing some operations.

For Mozilla Firefox and Netscape users:

You must download and install the Netscape/Firefox plug-in in order to run Genealogy Browser. If you are using Netscape or Firefox and were not prompted to download the plug-in, please click here.
